SCG has been evaluating all of its staff in terms of their “mobility profile”, as it seeks to equip more of its people with six qualities that it says will eventually become a mandatory requirement for all new employees.
These six mobility profile essentials are cross-cultural management and communication, managerial skills, adaptability, networking and interpersonal skills, international business, and change management.
