Members of GPF weigh their options

Fewer than 10% of Government Pension Fund members are expected to leave Thailand's biggest pension fund once the amended GPF Act is ratified. 

Manus: SET surge will retain members

Manus Chamveha, director-general of the Finance Ministry's Comptroller-General's Department, said if the revised law takes effect, 977,000 fund members who joined the fund voluntarily can choose to continue their membership or receive coverage under the previous non-contributory pension scheme.
