SET dives 51.90 points at opening

Thai stocks opened down 3.62% at the start of trade this morning.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand main index opened at 1,381.57 points, down 51.90 points from yesterday’s close. The trade value was 3.96 billion baht, with 956.57 million shares traded.

The SET50 index opened at 917.49 points, down 33.38 points, or 3.51%, with a total trade value of 2.83 billion baht.

The SET100 index fell 77.22 points, or 3.65%, to 2,039.87 points, with a total turnover of 3.38 billion baht.

The SETHD index went down 36.26 points, or 3.15%, to 1,116.02 points, with a total turnover value of 1.00 billion baht.

The MAI index dropped 18.34 points, or 4.34%, to stand at 404.03 points, with total transaction value of 266.54 million baht.

Top five most active values were as follows;

INTUCH stood at 75.25 baht, down 4.25 baht (5.35%)
BBL stood at 182.50 baht, down 8.50 baht (4.45%)
CPALL stood at 39.75 baht, down 1.25 baht (3.05%)
JAS stood at 7.05 baht, down 0.50 baht (6.62%)
KBANK stood at 170.50 baht, down 4.50 baht (2.57%)
