The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) says it will continue with market-cap-based listing regulations, despite the debut flops of the first two firms to which the rules applied.

"The SEC will not review the regulations, as financial advisers have performed well in their duties, but investors must do more homework" in making investment decisions, said secretary-general Vorapol Socatiyanurak.
