HipFlat launches Pattaya home search

The fast-growing Thai property search portal HipFlat.co.th has introduced a dedicated Pattaya section in a bid to lead the way in property searches in Thailand.

The section provides up-to-date sales and rental information on condominiums in this fast-growing market. This is the company’s second city to be covered after Bangkok, with more in the pipeline.

HipFlat is like Google but for real estate. It is powered by a smart automated system that collects and processes offers from agents, developers, online classifieds and forums. There is no need for a home-seeker to search multiple websites because all the information is in one place.

Currently, HipFlat has more than 23,000 active condo listings in Bangkok and Pattaya. The database is updated with 100-200 fresh listings every day.

HipFlat is offered in the Thai, English and Russian languages.

Most of the information comes from Thai nationals.

Denis Nemtsev, chief executive of HipFlat (Thailand) Co, said the property website fills a much-needed void in Thailand’s property sector by connecting sellers directly with people interested in buying or renting now or in the very near future.

“When we designed HipFlat, we looked at it from an end-user perspective and came up with design and functions that people want — current information and prices on a clean platform free of ads, pop-ups and other forms of marketing and advertising,” he said.

“Our Pattaya launch indicates our aim to become the leading property search portal for Thailand for both local residents looking for a new home and investment or overseas home-seekers looking for a holiday home or rental.”
