CP Land creates landmarks in cities across the country

At the end of last year, CP Land took three prime office buildings – C.P. Tower 1 (Silom), C.P. Tower 2 (Fortune Town), C.P. Tower 3 (Phayathai) – to establish the CPTGF Property Fund. This year CP Land plans to build landmarks across the country. The project comprises grade A office buildings, 5-star hotels and upscale condominiums in various cities. This will strongly support business growth in the region. Economic conditions in the region will stimulate the trend and direction of the investments. Transportation is also key.

In Bangkok, real estate development companies have created premium landmark office buildings in the CBD. C.P. plans another giant project: North Park. It also sees the importance of economic growth in the region scattered throughout the country. The ever growing number is significant for Thai and foreign investors. This is a good opportunity to expand and enhance the foundation to office buildings in the region of the same standard as Bangkok to support the growth of the regional economy. In the Northeast, the original buildings are C.P. Tower Khonkaen 1 and 2 which are at full strength with  tenants. C.P. Tower Khonkaen 3 is under construction with a waiting list. There are also plans to build a big projects and facilities for all sectors at the heart of Khonkaen which created a new landmark in the Northeast. In the south, there are  C.P. Towers in Surat-thani and Songkhla. C.P. Tower Nakhon Si Thammarat is a modern office building. Luxury Condominiums and 5-star hotels will operate under the Fortune hotel brand. C.P. Land is also creating  C.P.Tower at Phitsanulok, Udon-Thani, Nakhon Ratchasima, Changmai and elsewhere..

In addition the company is looking at other major cities as it creates business hubs to support Thailand’s role in the AEC.
