Thoresen Thai Agencies Plc (TTA) has set the rights offering (RO) subscription price for its newly issued shares at 14 baht apiece or a discount of 25% on the volume weighted average price of company shares over the past 30 consecutive business days.
PM Thoresen Asia Holdings (PMTA) shares will be offered as a pre-emptive right to its shareholders for 17-20 baht in an IPO, president and chief executive Chalermchai Mahagitsiri said yesterday.
TTA plans to increase its registered capital to 2.3 billion baht from 1.53 billion by issuing ordinary shares at a par value of one baht apiece. Up to 520 shares will be allocated to the company's existing shareholders via an RO in the ratio of 15 existing shares to six new ones with two free warrants (TTA-W5). The rest of the shares will be allocated in support of the exercise of TTA-W3, TTA-W4 and TTA-W5 warrants. Feb 5 is the XR date, the shareholder registration book closing date for purchase of the new shares is Feb 10, and the subscription and payment dates are Feb 25 to March 3.
