Bangchak eyes retail abroad

Bangchak Petroleum Plc (BCP) intends to invest in a retail oil network abroad under its five-year investment plan worth 25 billion baht through 2015.

President Anusorn Saengnimnuan said the plan was aimed at increasing earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) to 10 billion baht by 2015 from 5-6 billion now, with earnings per share rising to four baht from below three baht.

"We are planning to develop petrol service stations in Laos, Burma and Cambodia starting with one site next year," Dr Anusorn said.
