More modern? Why don't they start by getting rid of their antiquated 'sticker' discount system. It's really a backwards way of doing things. Example: I saw a pair of shoes on sale and went to buy them, clerk said I had to go down to the next floor to get the discount stickers then come back and pay! Why do I have to go thru the trouble??? I ended up walking out the door no purchase.
