Central outlines B38bn expansion

The Central Group of Companies is poised to explore new business and investment opportunities at home and elsewhere in Asean.

A minimum of 30 billion baht has been earmarked for expansion during each of these next three years, the group announced at a briefing yesterday.

    More malls, more malls. How about investing some money to renovate many of the aging and worn out Tops supermarkets?

    You'd think that with all of that money Central group would just maybe pay their staff a little better. Share a little of the wealth. Oops, excuse me, I know making a statement like that is forbidden.
