NTC: 3G auction 'will be fair'

The National Telecommunications Commission pledged yesterday that the 3G wireless broadband licence auction would be conducted with transparency and fairness and could be cross-checked at every step.

Natee: Transparency is assured

Col Natee Sukolrat, an NTC member and chairman of its 3G auction committee, said the committee was now screening the three candidates' qualifications and would announce the results on Sept 14.

    An other example that the Army is involved in everything. What is a Colonel doing in a public business committee. In western democracies you work in the Army either you work outside without any title.. In other words you become a civilian like anybody else... No strings anymore.
