Young Thais are the top chatterboxes in Asia, spending an average 1.7 hours a day talking on their mobile phones, says the market research firm Synovate.
The daily average for young people across Asia was 49 minutes, Synovate said in its Young Asians survey.
The company surveyed 12,302 people aged from eight to 24 years in 11 markets: China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
