The Administrative Court agreed yesterday to hear the motion by CAT Telecom executives for a court injunction to temporarily halt the 3G auction scheduled for Sept 20.
But it rejected the call for an emergency hearing of the case filed against the National Telecommunications Commission for conducting the auction without authority.
The court will summon the NTC board for testimony prior to the auction date.
