iPhone 4 draws crowds

The country's three top telecom carriers began selling the iPhone 4 simultaneously at midnight Thursday with colourful events that drew thousands of diehard Apple fans.

Apple launched the product simultaneously in 30 other countries yesterday following its introduction earlier in the US, the UK, Canada, France and Japan.
