IT firms offer cloud to hotels

Eight local software providers are offering cloud-based software solutions for tourism and hospitality businesses after seeing potential among small hotels both domestically and in Asia Pacific.
The companies want to see Thailand be a centre of tourism software technology when the Asean Economic Community (AEC) takes effect in 2015.
They have joined hands to promote and sell software solutions for small tourism operators and plan to launch the website, www.vmagician.com, next month as a one-stop-service.
