With more and more individual owners of vacation homes looking to generate income from their assets, property rental management firm Pompome.com will add more offerings near Khao Yai and in Bangkok over the next nine months.
Chief executive Suchada Taechotirote said many homeowners would like to rent out their properties but are discouraged by difficulties. Others opt for long-term rental to reduce the time spent on managing the property.
Together, this represents an important loss of opportunity to achieve returns on investment, she said.
