The shower of complaints over the mobile network collapse of No. 2 mobile operator DTAC was heavy yesterday after network systems were down for almost five hours.
The network disruption meant many DTAC customers were unable to use both voice and data services from 10.30am to 3pm yesterday.
It marked the company's longest network failure over the past few years. DTAC has 23 million subscribers.
