NBTC urges mobile roaming fee limits

Monstrous international mobile roaming bills have prompted the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) to force all cellular operators to implement fair information and service practices.

The NBTC introduced its "mobile passport" yesterday, a handbook it advises mobile users to read before they go abroad.

    Here is another tip - don't talk for a 1/2 hour at a time discussing gossip which seems to be the primary use of mobiles here so I must assume it is the same when away.
