The Supreme Administrative Court has withdrawn a lawsuit against the now-defunct National Telecommunications Commission for failing to hold the third-generation (3G) spectrum auction.
The decision removed one of the wildcards that could abort the imminent 3G spectrum auction, scheduled to take place on Oct 16.
The Supreme Court's decision came after the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) on Sept 7 asked it to withdraw the lawsuit.
