Nok Air takes delivery of 30th aircraft

Thai low-cost airline Nok Air on Monday took delivery of its 7th medium-range Q400 NextGen turboprop plane, an 86-seater, from Canadian manufacturer Bombardier, bringing its fleet to 30.

"We are proud to operate Q400, one of the world's newest, innovative and technologically advanced aircraft. We are continually modernising our fleet capability to support our ever-expanding network while providing an excellent travel experience for our passengers," said Nok Air CEO Patee Sarasin.

Its fleet now comprises seven Q400 NextGens, 21 Boeing 737-800s, and two ATR 72-500s.
