Before the TAT start making predictions about the effectiveness of its so-called digital marketing campaign it needs to fix its website. The current attempt at remodeling it is a total disaster. It's not even possible to find a list of events by month in English.

Why is it that after all of these years TAT can't build a website to modern day standards? Why isn't there a detailed description of every event in English? Why isn't there contact information for each festival or event?

Someone is sucking huge amounts of money out of TAT for building a website that befits the technology skills of an Afghanistani goat herder.

The TAT website, as the face of Thailand tourism to the world, is a total embarrassment. It's use of social networking such as Twitter shows the organization has no knowledge at all of social networking. Whoever operates the Twitter account simply posts what they want and refuses to engage with anyone. Overall, TAT is a fail, fail, fail.
