Ambassador finds right formula
Business and leisure guests well balanced

The Ambassador Hotel Bangkok has been standing firmly and outperforming rivals amid the oversupply and fierce competition in the hotel business in the capital.
General manager Marcel Sawyere (above) says the Ambassador relies on the insights of its staff and management to ensure the hotel has what its guests want. A 500-million-baht renovation programme that began last year is also helping to increase the property’s appeal.
The 760-room hotel in Sukhumvit Soi 11 has been pursuing a business strategy to capture both the leisure and meeting and incentive markets since last year.
