Poll: Visitors not deterred by flood

The great flood was not been a crucial factor for most tourists when deciding whether to visit Bangkok, according to the results of an opinion survey released by Bangkok Poll on Tuesday.
The Research Centre at Bangkok University said it recently sought opinions on the impact of the flood from 721 foreign tourists visiting attractions in Bangkok.
The pollsters said 87.6 per cent of respondents said the flood had minimal affect when deciding to visit the capital, while 12.4 per cent of them said it had been a major factor.
