Suvarnabhumi airport has halved the number of electric carts operating within the terminal after receiving complaints they were being used to illegally carry passengers and had caused accidents.

Suvarnabhumi Airport will keep out some of electric cart similar to this one.

The electric carts, owned by state agencies, major airlines and Suvarnabhumi Power Service Co, are intended to carry VIP guests and criminal suspects detained by immigration police.
