Since the government's declared war on 'dark influences', the underground lottery business has been in hot water. Buyers find it more difficult to buy illegally and turn instead to state lottery. This has resulted in an insufficient number of tickets to meet people's demand. The Prime Minister has therefore ordered the Finance Ministry to join hand with Krung Thai Bank to sell the last two and three digit lottery on ATM machines. Below are more details from a Kom Chat Luek report.
