Since declaring the war on drugs, the government has drawn heavy criticism from both human rights group and people in the judicial system. In the first phase of the war, people questioned alleged killings by drug gangs. The Post Today's report below informs readers of the government's new policy — inspecting suspected financial transactions. 'Amlo' or 'paw paw ngaw' , another abbreviation you will probably see again and again, takes the leading role in the latest measure.
