Last year the NCCC ruled Mr Rakkiat Sukthana, former public health minister, had concealed his assets and the origin of a large sum of money. As a consequence the public prosecutor asked the Supreme Court to order the confiscation of Mr Rakkiat’s assets. Last week, the court issued its verdict as reported in this Daily New’s excerpt.
