Thai-English vocabulary from the Thai dailies

Sap Jaak Khao looks at a selection of vocabulary from a timely news story in both Thai and English. It is helpful for learners of both languages

Thai newspapers like to use nicknames in headlines and throughout the story. This style is not only applied to people, but also to sports teams. Take this Post Today soccer report on England’s team for example. The story also has other relevant words for reading similar stories.
