ในภาคใต้เกิดขึ้นเพราะอำนาจรัฐอ่อนแอลงทุกวัน ไม่สามารถทำให้ประชาชนเชื่อมั่นในศักยภาพของรัฐ
ขณะนี้มีการนำเยาวชนไปฝึก มีการให้ความคิดกำหนดว่า หลังปีใหม่ 1,000
วัน จะต้องยึดจังหวัด
นราธิวาสได้ และจะต้องมีการเปลี่ยนธงที่ตำหนักทักษิณราชนิเวศน์
