Not at all, but at around 10 my brother called from Trang and said an earthquake was felt in Phuket.

And by 11 a friend in Bangkok phoned and said that half of Phuket was flooded, but nobody knew it was tsunamis.

In Bangkok. I knew that from TV. But two friends of mine were at a resort in Krabi.
