After talking with young motorcyclists representing illegal racing groups, Social Development and Human Security Minister Watana Muangsook proposed to designate a road for those groups to race motorcycles every Friday night from 10pm to 1am. Simultaneously, academics, child rights advocates and the police jointly opposed the proposal. This Matichon excerpt has more details.
