Can’t miss it! I’d really like to know if Federer’s going to be the champion.

I’ve heard that Federer has had a French rookie, a left-hander like Nadal as his sparring partner for some time.

We shall see if Federer's dream of winning all four grand slams comes true at this year's French Open

Roger Federer cries out in joy after winning the final of the ATP Hamburg Tennis Masters against Spanish Rafael Nadal at the Rothenbaum stadium in Hamburg, Germany, May 20. Federer won the match in three sets 2:6, 6:2 and 6:0. – CARMEN JASPERSEN

The second grand slam title of the year goes forward without Paradorn, Thailand's number one player, as he is taking injury leave from the circuit. My focus on the French Open turns then to the world's number one instead. I've been hoping Federer, who has never won the French Open, would win all four major grand slams titles. The fact is Rafael Nadal is blocking my wish, as well as Federer's, as he has snatched the clay court titles from Federer on the past two occasions.

However, judging from the first ever victory over Nadal on the clay court at Hamburg Masters Series on May 20, I have been positive that he is going to clinch the victory at the French Open.

This week we're guessing at and predicting Federer's performance in the French Open based on his previous victory in Hamburg.
