Eddie:	âo  thāmmāi là	อ้าว ทำไมล่ะ	Eh, how come?
Nui	tōn nì yàng khâo plāi pī láeo ná  ākàt rôem yēn lōng  kāmlāng sàbāi  mâi yàk yù nâ khōm nāi hông-āe	ตอนนี้ย่างเข้าปลายปีแล้ว นะ อากาศเริ่มเย็นลง  กำลังสบาย ไม่อยากอยู่ หน้าคอมในห้องแอร์	(Because) it is getting close to the end of the year and the weather is getting cooler. It’s just the right weather! I don’t want to be in front of the computer in an air-conditioned room.
Eddie:	ē  mûea āthît thî láeo khūn pāi thîo mā láeo  mâi châi rǒe Nui	เอ เมื่ออาทิตย์ที่แล้วคุณ ไปเที่ยวมาแล้วไม่ใช่เหรอ หนุ่ย	Eh, you’ve just gone out last week, right Nui?
Nui:	phró pāi mā láeo ná sì  tìtchāi  yàk pāi ìk yàk pāi yù kàp thāmmáchât mák kwà	เพราะไปมาแล้วน่ะซิ ติด ใจ อยากไปอีก อยากไป อยู่กับธรรมชาติมากกว่า	(Yeah, and) because of that, I’m hooked and want to go again. I just want to be with nature.
Eddie:	ngán rāo pāi thîo kān ìk mǎi sǎo-āthît ní	งั้นเราไปเที่ยวกันอีกไหม  เสาร์อาทิตย์นี้	Then let’s go again this weekend.
Nui:	khūn phût lên rǔe plào	คุณพูดเล่นหรือเปล่า	Are you joking, Eddie?
Eddie:	phût chīng  phǒm kô yàk pāi sùt ākàt sòtchûen	พูดจริง ผมก็อยากไปสูด อากาศสดชื่น	No, I’m serious. I also want to get some fresh air.
Nui:	ngán rāo pāi thǎew prāchīn bùri kān dī mǎi  klâi khâe ní ēng láe mī kìtchàkām klāngchâeng hâi thām yóe lōei chà pàn chàkkràyān  phāi rūea rǔe lông kàeng kô dâi	งั้นเราไปแถวปราจิณบุรี  กันดีมั้ย ใกล้แค่นี้เองและมีกิจกรรมกลางแจ้งให้ทำ เยอะเลย จะปั่นจักรยาน  พายเรือ หรือล่องแก่งก็ได้	How about going to Prachin Buri then? It’s so close. And there are lots of outdoor activities to enjoy. (You can) bike or enjoy kayaking or water rafting.
Eddie:	khâothâ dī  rāo chà khángkhūen rǔe pāi cháo klàp yēn dī	เข้าท่าดี เราจะค้างคืนหรือ ไปเช้ากลับเย็นดี	That sounds nice! Is it going to be an overnight or a day trip?
Nui:	rāo nâ chà phâk rīsòt thǎeo chōengkhǎo sàk khūen dī mǎi  mâi tōng rîp kōen pāi	เราน่าจะพักรีสอร์ทแถว เชิงเขาสักคืน ดีไหม ไม่ต้องรีบเกินไป	I think we should spend the night over at a resort along the foothills, so we don’t have to rush back. What do you think?
Eddie:	kô dī sī  ngán Nui chûai chōng dûai ná	ก็ดีซิ งั้นหนุ่ยช่วยจองด้วยนะ	That’s good! Can you please reserve a room, Nui?

Phût phāsǎ Thai I’m feeling too lazy to work. / khîkìat thām-ngān chāng lōei Kayaking below the big rapids, Prachin Buri. — Thanin Weeradet The beginning of the dry season has just breezed in and may inspire many people to enjoy the nice outdoors. The phrase "khikiat tham-ngaan chang loei" may repeatedly slip from the lips of many office workers, especially when it is already the eleventh month of their working year. Another factor that may contribute to the utterance of this phrase is the weather. November marks the beginning of the dry season when the weather is getting cooler. With the coming of the pleasant and cooler weather, some may feel like going somewhere for fresh air, green surroundings and outdoor adventures to shake off their boredom and sluggishness even for a short time. For those who like to spend a weekend among nature, some nearby provinces, such as Prachin Buri, offer adventurous activities. Nui and Eddie are planning a weekend trip there to recharge their batteries.
