Strange that because Farang is a word 400 years old that it’s past its ‘sell by date’. If that is the case, then it’s about time we retired the word ''America''. After all, it’s a name derived from a Florentine explorer (Amerigo Vespucci) 500 years ago and seems to have stuck (or lasted) quite well....
