As for learning Thai there are many "Learn Thai" CD's Books etc but these wont be any use without having some speaking practice with a native speaker especally as Thai is a tonal linguage they can correct even if you sometimes dont notice the difference in the corrected tones! Dont be afra...

New Skytrain Link Ready August 09?

Hi I read the new Airport link will hopefully be ready by August 09 does anyone know anything more on this even what it may cost?

I also agree even on my first visit to BKK last year I worked out no queue at departures too hot to be standing about wth slip of paper waiting on a fair!

Although we did have issues with the odd driver over the meter's its simple to hop out and into another one!
