Re: Where did they all go????

Well, judging from the news today some of the missing cases are emerging: We have an EC case against Suthep, the Thaksin assets case, and the PAD case(s). Re: Where did they all go????

Nope, this is not about missing persons from various protests over the years, but rather Court cases. Here is a tiny list: 1. The 2-3 digit lottery case with about 50 people involved 2. Re: If law is law

Re: If law is law

1. just ONE name, the alleged violation of law and YOUR evidence (or a link to it will do, if there really is enough). Gee, how about Sondhi Limthongkul? He was/is the leader of the Politburo Against Democracy. HE is the one who lead the takeover of Gvt House. He is the one who lead the takeover of...

Re: If law is law

...Please show where TK changed the law and brought the FIDF under his jurisdiction. Just his saying so, means nothing. Ink and others have shown you the WRITTEN legislation that the FIDF is a separate agency. Please show the WRITTEN legislation where the prior was reversed. Thank you in advance......

Re: If law is law

Re: If law is law

...Thaksin was also not guilty because turning FIDF from a State Enterprise into a Goverment Agency was merely a "court interpretation"??... thugsin was guilty. we all know that it was NOT the court 'turning' anything. it was thugsin himself who 'in fact' illegally brought FIDF under his ...
