Renewal / extension of non-imm visa B

I am staying here with a 90-day non-imm visa B. Is there a possibility to extend / renew this type of visa?

I know visa runs are handy for people with tourist visa and I wonder if something similar is available for business visa.

As a long-historied Farang resident myself, comfortable and understanding, I have to ask the age old question regarding Westerners that find it necessary to stay/live here while finding life so objectionable in many ways.
