[quote="pachangamac042"]Army demands protest-free summit Does he really not understand, that this is none of HIS business. Has he nothing else to do then to keep on interfering in politics. I would suggest him, to quit his job as army chief and go full time into politics. Hey!, Thick heade...

Re: Political correctness ¡¿¡

Some folks in this forum post alot. Some occasionally. To always reply or choose not to reply may not be politically incorrect as you suppose. It nice to know we are published and being read, whether liked or disliked...it's only a forum. Posting only in this forum has it's drawbacks, since mostly ...

Politics, esp, in third world countries ain't a ...

Re: KICK OUT THE FOREIGNERS!!

Hi! Miss most of the post as I was away on my annual Elite's six star vacation. Lol! But I figure that the writer got the subject wrong. it should read "Kick out the Greedy Immigrants". That should solve Thailand's problems. For sure.It is the migrants, with their new found wealth which is ...

Re: Kun Thaksin, Nobel Peace Prize for 2009?

Villager, maybe that's why you chose the correct moniker. You're truly a villager at heart. I like the Al Capone story too.I just hope we won't see the sequel of the Valentine's D :D ay massacre in Thailand.

Re: If Law is Law

Ever wonder why Khunying Pajamarn has not been found to be inviolation of anything in the Ratchadapisek land deal while Thaksin is found guilty of abusing his power over the same land deal? I thought the ruling was “interesting” so I went on a little hunt to see what the boo-ha-ha is all about. Wel...

Re: If Law is Law

Yes, pachangamac, all laws are subject to interpretations.Thaksin did no wrong too when he shifted ownerships of billions of baht to his children and servant, just before he assumed office. There must be somthing in the law to say that this is OK in Thailand.Perhaps Ink can explain his interpretation...

Re: If Law is Law

Chaiyuth, I ain't no legal eagle but doesn't Section 100 clearly state that Govt. Officials CANNOT be involved with private deals?

Was Thaksin, as PM not a Govt. official? If the post of the PM is God of the Universe then I agree with your post.

Please explain in layman's terms for us villagers.
