Drug cases on the rise

Drug cases on the rise

Postby sulasno on Sat May 16, 2009 6:04 pm

Drug cases on the rise can be attributed to people facing hardships and need a fast way to make money ?
or because the law enforcement is not strict ?

Personally, I feel that drug dealers should be hang ; or at least be permanent guests at the various guest houses.

What policy should the Democrats adopt to reduce drug dealings in Thailand ?

AFAIK education doesn't really work where money and cash is concern .................................

Well Sul, I would not really hang not even imprison a person who got a handful of ya-bas or hemp in his/her pocket, just to make some Bath for a cheap living. But if you would want to hang the big players, the ones with the big mansions, luxury cars and yachts, then be my guest. 8-)

Due to some experiences with close friends in the past, I have some serious issues with drug dealers. I agree that the “small fish” who is just trying to make some money to help his family should be given some leniency, with the exception of anyone selling to minors. Those people, along with the major players, if caught, and convicted in a court of law, should be, IMHO, subjected to public executions such as hanging, or even beheading. Let them know that what their doing has some serious, and deadly consequences.

I understand there are those who will seriously disagree with me, and that’s fine. I’m only stating my own personal opinion here.

If executions are to be telecast live, then it got to be after 10 pm due to the rating system

but I think executions are carried out in the wee hours

Common Sul, we can not let our kids stay up all night just for some educational life tv coverage.

ERrrr.. I seriously agree with you! And I think you express the opinion of many people, not only yourself.
Tis a shame most countries will not hold a referendum on this subject. Just so as not to offend the PC brigade I suspect. Given the oppertunity, I would start with the PC brigade. (and the "human rights" lawyers that get criminals off the hook on "technicalities"))
