Moving To Australia

Postby Gary on Sun Feb 25, 2007 6:09 am

In the next 2 weeks, my wife who presently lives in Bangkok will be return with me to live in Australia. We will take some of her possessions in our suit cases. Her larger items she will sell or give to friends. But there are some things we want to ship to Australia. Maybe 4 Standard shipping boxes (450 x 450 x 450). Can Any one help or give suggestions as to the cheapest way to do this.
PS Thanks to everyone that helped and gave advice on obtaining her Visa.
Thanks Gary

Call airport baggage packing service and try to get idea. If your wife carries immigrant visa or marriage visa, don't forget to discuss your airliner. If you are lucky enough they may allow surplus baggase free. Another one is to send via FEDEX if they offers good freight.
If non-stop flight, pack them with you both on flight as much as possible !, HaHaHa. Gool Luck to your adventure !.
