To residing in Thailand.

I am a Thai woman who married to foreigner. My husband is not a person from rich country.
I want to go back to live in Thailand. But then I found out that to bring my husband to live in Thailand, is so complicated procedure. I read the requirements from Thai immigration office and I was disappointed. I know that he needs one year non-immigrant visa. This is no problem. Can he able to get work permit and no need to leave the country for every three months? I mean a normal job not a high pay or have to be a specialist. He is just a normal guy. I am just a normal Thai who want to go back to live in my own country.

Get married in Thailand and he won't have to bother leaving the country, as he could apply and most likely receive a marriage type visa.

Thanks for the reply. I registered our marriage in Thailand and in Europe. Here, in Europe, they don't ask me to earn specific amount of income in order to get residence card. In Thailand, I have to earn more than 30,000baht and many more requirements.
