Hope the site gives practical travel advice

Read where the father of the Kiwi girl who died in Chiang Mai a few weeks ago will launch a website to list all incidences of fatalities / serious illness contracted while in Thailand. He says he wants to make all travelers more aware of the very real dangers with the country’s very low health and safety standards. I sympathise with the loss of his daughter. I would like the site to give recommendations on how to make travel more safe. Hope his site doesn’t just take on a police blotter info feel.

I have been writing for several years now on the dangers for those seem to have blind faith the Thai Helathcare system.

many of those who praise the system have no medical kowledge and base their opinions on nothing but their own experience.

Unfortunately, the Thai health system has borrowed from others to have encased itself in profit first and bureaucracy way of well-being.

Sad about the man's daughter, but it's not just in Thailand that the health care system is interested
in profit first. :(
