The 1921 watch pendant is one of the most novel items recently designed by Gucci Creative Director Frida Giannini. It is part of the 1921 collection, which is named after the founding year of the House and celebrates Gucci’s 90th anniversary. Available in two colors, striking red and classic camel, the pendant is both a practical timepiece and an original accessory.

The 1921 timepiece pendant is presented on a leather strap, in either red or camel, and can be hidden with a matching leather cover, which serves to protect the watch face. When the cover conceals the timepiece, the pendant turns into a versatile accessory and necklace. The cover includes signature detailing such as the embossed “G. Gucci 1921” logo, as well as a green-red-green web tag.

The timepiece echoes the form of the ‘1921’ watch, with an elegant small square case (25 mm x 25 mm), whose clean lines are typical of the 1920’s aesthetic. The case is clad in matching red or camel leather, set off by a white dial with sober baton indexes. The watch face displays signature motifs including the Gucci logo at 12 o’clock and the ‘Swiss Made’ stamp at 6 o’clock.
