Major Development Appoints CBRE as Sole Agent for Equinox Office Tower

28 November 2012, Bangkok – MJP Property Company Limited, a subsidiary of Major Development Public Company Limited, appoints CBRE Thailand as the sole leasing agent for its first office development, Equinox Office Tower, which is a new 31-storey building located at the Vibhavadi Rangsit-Phaholyothin intersection. Mr. Suriyon Poolvoralaks (2nd from left) - Chief Executive Officer, and Mrs. Jitradee Poolvoralaks (left) - Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing Division of Major Development Public Company Limited; together with Ms. Aliwassa Pathnadabutr (2nd from right) - Managing Director, and Mr. Nithipat Tongpun (right) - Executive Director – Office Services of CBRE Thailand, recently attended the signing ceremony to mark the sole agency appointment for Equinox Office Tower.
