The Forum will be hosted by Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Chulalongkorn University and Osaka City University. Our theme this year is dedicated to “Art Access and Advocacy – Promoting Creativity and Innovation in Urban Communication for the Development of Participatory and Happy Communities”.
The Forum will be held between 4 - 5 March 2013 from 08.00-17.00 hrs. at Performance Hall, Building of art and Culture, Chulalongkorn University
