I don't know if that guy "Time Zone" is supposed to be me, because I have never seen other Time Zone in here? But hey, it's ok if we are on the same side.
Maybe after they ban me, I can come back as "Time Zone" and still remain TZ.

Collector,
What's happening?
factsvhype's posting doesn't include 'copyright 2005 nation multimedia group', or any of the text from the citation, and furthermore, I would guess that thailand has a fair use policy which allow up to 10% of the article to be cited directly in any event.

Are we to believe that everything the Nation prints is copyrighted? Or just that article? The reason I ask is because their erstwhile editor Thanong has said that Thaksin is dead from cancer, dying of cancer, hair fallen out from chemotherapy, sick from chemotherapy, the British Government has frozen 4 million pounds, etc, etc, etc so does that mean, because it is copyrighted that it is correct, or that we can't repeat it without acknowledging the author or with his permission? If it is the latter, then no copyright infringement has taken place because that's what Thanong wants people to believe.
I might remind you that before the music/film lawyers (pigs at the trough) became so vocal, people used to tape music from radio stations on their radio/cassette players. It was free. A little like any newspaper read and left on a train/bus/ferry.

Maybe your right.I could careless to be honest with you.So I may of been wrong ,will I get detention?
nice wording also towards the music/film lawyers ...your a good red example with that sort of language and insulting .
Just look for the little "C" with the circle around it Riger that will answer your question.Surley a man of your education wouldn't need to answer me, Im not sure but if you wait my mom will be home and Ill ask her.

@ Twilight Zone - Sorry, I stand corrected, I was referring to you, hahahahaha.

Boohoo! Egg on my face? I like eggs, sunny side up in fact, thanks. I see steam coming out of your ears or is that just residual smoke from all the smoke and mirrors you have been posting?
Oh my God or OMG, did I just quote Wikipedia? I guess I will give credit to Wikipedia. And I also got my initial link to Nation article from Google, so I think you should mention copyright infringement to Google for all those "deep" links to all those sites that they link to.
So Sad that you even had to go there, citing copyright laws on a link. I'll get you some milk and cookies to make you feel better.

Let me take something very innocent...the History of Tiramisu (an Italian sweet for those who don't know). Look the history of it up on Wiki in English, Spanish, French, German and then Italian...spot the differences? You don't need to be fluent in any of these languages to see the differences...
Food for thought when referencing Wiki (excuse the pun but it was intentional

We'll have to be careful and not cite Wiki when the topic turns to Tiramisu.
Thanks for the timely advice.
