Well, prommee_NE, I think that it is quite obvious how the legal system works. If you have enough money to grease the right hands, you do not go to jail. If you do not have much money, well then, poor you.

I am not sure about this, but I think that child abuse may be seen as a gentelman offence in this country and may not regarded as a very urgent matter?

I read today, that some think, that LM should be sentenced with up to 25 years of prison time. But murders, run free, people who caused death through negligence, run free, people who commit acts against humanity, run free.

Nothing wrong with the 14 years this Brit got, but let him out on bail, and then waiting more then 7 years to sentence him, while he was commiting the same crime over and over again?

Maybe, they should take the responsible persons and put them in a room with the realtives of the children for some hours.

Hi Pach,

People can call me thug after making this comment... but I like that idea. I wouldn't mind being the person in that room with the scum child molester... No need for a couple of hours. 10-15 minutes should do. These monsters to me are at the top of my list for the scum of the earth.

I grew up on the streets of East L.A. and Compton slums & I figure that's about how much time I need. I'm not as good as our military trained friend J1V who might require only 30 seconds. :D

Hi Sardine,

Have I not talk to you before? you seemed familiar.....Anyway, about your post, look at it this way, Our pro journalist Mr. Sondhi is still hops around with a 3 year jail sentence that no one talks about and with all his terrorist act still being ignored. On top of that 4 radio station are be investigated for the claim of instigating unrest to the country while ASTV own by Sondhi is doing it everyday without one word of even accusation. So what else is new and when that court saids "UPHOLD" I'm glad that they understand the word.

This is what we love about our country...the amazing Thailand we show to the world. Have a drink on the house. ;)

Sardines, my guess is, that many of us would love to be in that room. Nothing wrong with your thoughts.

Count me in with the room thing to please!
"Dragged up in Liverpool" and a little military experience, however, it would take me at least 24 hours to "sort" people like out!

Hey still, you are a sad piece of ….! What you want to do is torture not sorting out. But hey, welcome to the party. Anyways I think that just a good old beating is not good enough for such a guy. I think more about inserting needles under the finger nails and this kind of fun.

Chang, you couldn't put needles under finger nails, I would have already removed them, well... most of them, perhaps I would leave some just for your enjoyment.
No problem with the sight of blood. (as long as it is not mine, that just makes me angry)

A paradox! It would appear I am most happy when I am sad!  (given the right circumstances)
