VOTE NO----A genius at the art of manipulation.
It's a nature of the election to make. People are now desperately
trying to bring back the importance of the individual right.
VOTE NO ,making our influence felt for good.

Vote no has been presented as the peoples voice to dismiss the current policians.

However in reality it is the most undemocratic statement you can imagine. Vote no means that the status quo remains, and that's exactly what the brain(s) behind the Vote No campaign are after.

The OP is a perfect reflection as why this clever manipulation works so well.....fools everyone.

Lotusa,

I think you and Surinfarm should get together in person. Reading both your posts, I'm sure you can have a very understandable discussion with each other.

However, for me as a simple guy from Europe, I like some more concrete statements.

Anyway, if I understand you correctly: Vote No has been invented by the exact group of people that do NOT want this country to move forward. Status Quo is their goal, since that suits them best. If nothing changes they benefit most. Vote No is an undemocratic call.

Wilko,

almost, guess you didn't hear the news yet. Mr. Chamlong just registered a new political party called: (NO)body, with no candidates on the list.

Guess if there is ever a referendum in Thailand, the choices on the ballot will be:

- Yes
- No
- Never in a million years
- I don't know
- I'm not familiair with the subject (this one especially for politicians that cast their vote)

I think it's important for Thai people to make
and to find balance in Politics.
There certainly are good and bad people in the
elections, but not now.
All Thais should make somewhere in the middle--
by--VOTE NO.

Naturally. This goes without saying.
Moving forward. How would be generally defined? Mirroring Western development?
