Is Thai Government MAD with the tax policy ?
Corporations and SMEs need tax cut for this year 2011 not next year 2012! The flood will result in 500,000 job lost and many businesses will fail. The tax cut will have direct effect for planning and rebuilding. People need help now. Thanks

Mad is it? Is that what polite people are now calling those who have COD (Compulsive Obsessive Disorders) in government MAD? This just points to the inadequacies of our government.
