Yes - and such encouraged by Thailand's anti-foreigner laws.

Want to divorce british husband

Or , obviously you can't change him , obviously too you're hesitant and you try to live with him despite his out-door adventures.
It is not true that airliners don't let 5-months pregnants on-board, just go and tell them nothing , if you're really serious on your self-respect.
IMO , your husband is unreliable , he takes you as granted sex partner , never as a wife.
Since when Westerners consider Asians as equals ?, Since when Western WASPS respect and value human relations with non-WASPS ? Take my word and show him you're serious , let him know that you will give him a chance until you recover from pregnancy, then if he's what he is, let him have the child and look for yourself. But remember not to repeat the same mistake again with a falang.

If you have a Thai wife - never, ever bring her to your country as a resident.
Keep her in Thailand, where she's happiest.
She can visit your country as a tourist.
But never, ever as a resident - unless she pays her own way to get there.
I know of SOME happy Thai-farang marriages, where this is what they've done.
I now of NO happy Thai-farang marriages, where the farang has sponsored his wife to become a resident in his Western country.

Well...not all Thai women are like that. It depends on who you associated with...where did you meet them, what is the background.

I have read about ' faliure' marriage ...girls just want his money...looking back...what is the girl background?...70-80% are Bar girls...

so...do some calculate...brother!!!

Ian, I know of loads of Thai/Brit marriages which are happy in the UK. Maybe you are not looking hard enough. The common denominator is that the girls are all from non-bar backgrounds but even that doesnt prove anything. Just a look in the Wimbledon temple shows loads of happy relationships in my experience.

Hi Rich, I'm with you on this. My Thai wife and I live in West London and we have an extensive circle of friends consisting of English men married to Thai women. They are all happy and well-adjusted. You are right about gatherings at Wimbledon. It was the same at the "Amazing Thailand" festival in Surrey in August.
I feel sorry for the couples who, for various reasons, don't make it.

Generalisations and stereotyping don't help.
